Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m so happy you’re here.
Finding a therapist can feel a little awkward. You’re trying to figure out who you can actually talk to, who will understand you, and who feels like someone you can be yourself around.
I’m Jessica Lupont, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are and not as the version of yourself you think you’re supposed to be.
My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. We might explore patterns, challenge some of the ways you’ve learned to talk to yourself, sit with the hard stuff, laugh sometimes, and figure things out together.
You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on. And you definitely don’t need to have everything figured out to take the next step and start therapy.
Outside of therapy, I'm a big believer that therapists are humans, too.
I love being outside, gardening, baking, taking photos, spending time with my dogs and chickens, and appreciating the slower, ordinary parts of life. I'm drawn to nature, humor, authenticity, and the idea that none of us really have life completely figured out.
Those parts of who I am show up in my work, too. I don't want therapy to feel sterile or overly clinical. I want it to feel like a place where you can exhale, be honest, laugh sometimes, and know that you don't have to impress me.
A little about me
